10 scientific reasons why you should be drinking more H20

Everyone knows that water is good for you, but do we really know why? The human body is made up by around 70 percent water, so it important that we keep ourselves hydrated. Here are some science based facts about how the water we consume benefits our body and mind.

6. Radiant skin. Our skin is the largest organ in the body. If our body lacks water it will appear dry and dull. When are body is well hydrated our complexion will improve, making our skin look brighter and healthier as water builds new cells and increase elasticity.
7. Lose weight. When the body is dehydrated, our cells are drained of energy. People will then tend to eat more, as the signals sent to the brain get confused with hunger but actually the body is thirsty. Drinking water also makes you feel fuller.
