Don’t you know there’s a recession on?
It’s difficult to avoid the headlines and general bad news around these days; big troubles in Greece, UK growth dropping or growing very slowly (depending on who you listen to) and Robert Peston on our TVs every 5 minutes!
So in the midst of all these headlines I was in two minds as to whether to write this blog or not, as in March, Total Soft Water achieved their best month of sales ever. Now we like to think we are good at what we do and judging by customer feedback everybody seems happy with our work, but I think the real point is that this demonstrates how important water softeners become in people’s domestic lives once they have lived with one. This coupled with the tendency for a large number of people to “improve rather than move”, investing significant amounts of money in new bathrooms, kitchens and extensions which can soon look tired and lacking the initial “wow” factor once the hard water has had a chance to do its work, have all had inadvertant beneifts for the water softener market and Total Soft Water in particular!
If you are planning a large home improvement project then don’t forget to include a water softener in your plans to keep your hard earned investment looking brand new for years to come.
