We can service most of the major brands of water softener; our engineers are trained by the manufacturers and regularly undergo update training to keep abreast of the latest developments in water softening technology.

For customers whose water softener warranty has expired, ask about our Total Care plan which will warranty your softener for both parts and labour at just £9.95 per month. This includes a yearly visit to check on the operation of the water softener, a clean of the softener resin with a specialist cleaner, and a water test to ensure that your unit is operating at its maximum efficiency. This also includes any call outs due to parts failure with the softener.

We offer a specialised internal clean and sanitisation of your softener or drinking water filter which will restore its performance to “as new”. This only takes approximately 30 minutes, please contact us for more details.

If your softener is beyond economical repair we can quote for a new machine and offer a generous trade-in price for your old machine, whatever its condition or make.
